Dripped by hand only after an order is placed, the coffee opens with an expressive fragrance and drinks lightly down to the final drop.
Stepping inside feels like entering the living room of a private residence, where a large communal table anchors a distinctly relaxed atmosphere. The approachable owner is happy to discuss preferences and suggest bean profiles on the spot, tailoring the pour to personal tastes. Visitors can round out the visit with occasional sweets that change with the day's supplies, or refresh with a crisp glass of iced coffee.
The shop makes an easy detour after cycling or walking along Mizumoto Park and the nearby Edogawa riverbank, with beans available to purchase for home brewing. Please note that payments are cash only.
